Two directors, one bench
Loma built MAGNA because too many NDIS providers were being handed advice, not systems, and left to carry the risk themselves. She is ranked #1 in Australia on LinkedIn's Disability Voice list (Favikon) and reaches over 1.06 million people through her posts.
Before MAGNA, she spent years as a Chief Audit Executive, working across multi-million-dollar corporates and an IPO. That is where the compliance instinct comes from. It is why she cannot watch a provider run "close enough" systems and stay quiet. She has been invited to give evidence before a Senate inquiry into the NDIS reform legislation, and that policy depth flows back into the systems she builds for providers.
She now works directly with the current MAGNA community, building growth strategies, referral partnerships and audit-proof operations for people running real NDIS and allied health businesses. Direct, practical and allergic to jargon, that is the reputation, and it is earned.
Bashar brings deep expertise in NDIS operations, finance and growth execution, spanning business development, financial planning and operational systems across complex provider environments.
He specialises in finding exactly where growth is leaking, whether that is inefficient structures, weak conversion pathways or misaligned strategy, and turning those gaps into scalable, measurable outcomes.
His background spans more than 15 years across consulting, governance and public-sector transformation, including EY and BCG-environment engagements, national budgeting programs and large-scale operational restructures. He is a Certified Fraud Examiner.
