At MAGNA NDIS Consultant, we partner with NDIS and Allied Health providers to create sustainable growth. We help our providers increase client acquisition, design in-demand services and establish powerful referral partnerships with NDIS community partners. We also partner up with 500+ staff organisations within the NDIS industry to develop strategic go-to-market execution plans.
What We Saw Before Others Did
We exist because too many providers are given advice — not systems — and are left to carry the risk themselves.
The NDIS doesn’t fail providers because they don’t care or don’t work hard.
It fails when growth, compliance, and operations evolve faster than the systems holding them together.
We saw capable providers doing everything “right” — delivering quality supports, growing demand, and expanding teams — yet still operating in ways that left them exposed to audit non-conformities, unstable referrals, and management burnout.
The problem wasn’t effort.
It was structure.

Loma Naser
Co-Founder & Director
Loma Naser is a recognised authority in the NDIS industry. She has worked with over 100 providers over the last 5 years. Her focus is on building growth strategies for NDIS providers and allied health businesses. She develops "Done For You" and "Done With You" programs to increase client acquisitions, build marketing and outreach campaigns and develop in-demand programs for providers.
Loma is known for her direct, practical approach and her ability to translate complex regulatory and market realities into clear actions providers can implement.
Her background includes working as a Chief Audit Executive for several years in multi-million dollar corporates and worked on developing an IPO.
Bashar Ashhab
Co-Founder & Director
Bashar Ashhab brings deep expertise in NDIS operations, finance, and growth execution. His background spans in business development, financial planning, and operational systems across complex provider environments.
Bashar specialises in identifying where growth is leaking — whether through inefficient structures, weak conversion pathways, or misaligned strategy — and turning those gaps into scalable, measurable outcomes.
His background includes working at a director level and SME at Ernst & Young and Boston Consulting Group in business advisory. He also served as a Chief Audit Executive in family owned corporate giants.
