Engagements begin at an indicative $6,500. After scoping and a qualification call, your written proposal confirms the scope, fixed fee and any travel charge before you commit. Fees are per session and room, not per head.
Decisions are developed in the session. MAGNA then finalises and independently reviews the agreed outputs. The final issue pack is added to your OneDrive folder once the final instalment clears. The thirty-day written follow-up period starts on issue.
After the engagement begins, add requested documents to the OneDrive folder provided. Loma and Bashar review them; additional access is agreed per client. MAGNA does not process client documents through third-party AI services.
At your premises, with your decision makers. Governance settings uses two on-site and four remote sittings. Allow for document review and preparation: the existing delivery process provides twenty business days from complete documents to the session, with the pre-read five working days ahead.
STS is facilitated work on your own documents. It includes the outputs named in your proposal, reusable blank templates, a keeping-it-current guide and attendance-backed certificates. Ongoing implementation, recorded modules and legal advice are outside standard STS.
