Terms of Sale
Effective Date: 28 August 2026
Version: 1.0
These Terms of Sale apply when you buy a product from us. They sit alongside our Privacy Policy and our Terms & Conditions of Use above.
1. Who you are buying from
Your purchase is from MAGNA Performance and Risk Consulting Pty Ltd (ABN 99 636 288 938), trading as MAGNA NDIS Consultant, of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.
2. What you are buying
We sell digital products — online courses, lists, templates, research artefacts and done-with-you programs. They are delivered inside the MAGNA client portal. They are not email attachments or downloads unless the product page says otherwise.
The product page and your order confirmation describe what you bought.
3. Price and GST
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST at 10%. MAGNA is registered for GST. Your receipt and tax invoice show the GST included in the price.
4. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout by card through our payment processor. Your purchase is complete when payment succeeds. We do not store your card details.
5. Access, and how long it lasts
Access is granted to the email address you pay with. Use that same address to sign in — a different address (work versus personal, a typo, an old login) will not find your purchase.
Access terms by product type:
Bundles — 12 months
The NDIS Growth Engine and The LinkedIn Referral Engine (A$2,997) — 12 months, then A$297 per year to continue
Audit-Ready Accelerator, SIL Masterclass, Get Paid — 12 months
Other standalone courses — 6 months
Downloadable artefacts and lists — no fixed term
We do not offer lifetime access on any product. Where a renewal applies it is stated on the product page before you buy, we contact you before the renewal date, and you can decline it.
6. Delivery
Access is granted automatically, usually within a minute of payment. You also receive a receipt and tax invoice by email, and a separate access email with a one-click sign-in link. If access has not appeared within a few minutes, reply to your receipt and we will sort it.
7. Refunds, and your rights under Australian Consumer Law
We do not offer refunds or a money-back period on digital products. Access is granted immediately and in full at purchase, so all sales are final. There is no cooling-off period for online digital purchases in Australia.
This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under it.
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure you are entitled to a replacement or a refund, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the problem fixed within a reasonable time, and if that is not done, to a refund.
If you believe a product has failed, contact us and we will work through it with you.
8. What the products are, and are not
MAGNA products are business education and templates for NDIS and allied health providers. They are general information, not legal, financial, tax or clinical advice, and are not a substitute for your own professional judgement or for advice about your circumstances.
We do not guarantee any particular business result, audit outcome, revenue figure, lead volume or NDIS Commission decision. Outcomes depend on your own market, spend, effort and circumstances.
9. Your licence
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product inside your own organisation for the access term.
You may not:
Resell, publish or distribute the content
Share your login, or make the content available to anyone outside your organisation
Use it to build or train a competing product or an AI model
All content remains MAGNA's intellectual property, protected under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).
10. Suspension
We may suspend or end access, without refund, where a licence is shared or resold, or where the account is used unlawfully or to harass our staff or other members.
11. Changes
We may change these terms for future purchases. The terms that apply to your purchase are the ones published at the time you bought, and the version date is shown above.
12. Contact, and complaints
Email: [email protected] — for orders, access, complaints and privacy questions.
We aim to respond within one business day. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner for privacy matters, or your state or territory consumer protection agency for consumer matters.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
