These courses were developed by NDIS growth and operations specialists with hands-on experience working with 80+ established NDIS providers across Australia, helping them improve compliance, profitability, and operational systems.
How is this different from other NDIS training?
Most NDIS training is generic or entry-level.
This catalogue is built for providers already delivering services who need practical systems for scaling, governance, and compliant growth — not introductory content.
Is the content still relevant?
Yes, the content is based on real providers who specialise in different fields (SIL, Psychosocial, Youth Employment, School Holiday Programs...etc). Some of the trainings we cover are related to the justice system, hospitals, NFPs, etc.
We understand the day-to-day problems faced by NDIS providers, including payment periods, support ratios, sleepovers, SCHADS, and unions.
Is there a community?
Yes, our community is growing from week to week. We started with 5 clients in 2020 during covid. Now we are provide to serve and support close to 100 providers in our community.
Can I get a support if I get stuck?
Yes. Support is available through the platform and community to help you implement the training within your own business, rather than being left to work it out alone.
How long do I have access?
Access is open for 6 months and a review session is held with out clients to get feedback and check if more time is required for access which is granted on case to case basis. This is a measure we take as part of our cyber security checks and reviews to validate our data protection protocols.
